Hi, I’m Patrick. Thanks for stopping by. I write about the fractal nature of Life; from cellular health to bioregional to cosmic— Life is relational and always oriented toward health and wholeness. When the conditions are right, healing happens. Creating these conditions through contextualization, relational attunement, and deep presence is the task. Will you join me?

Philosophy & Approach

My work is grounded in the understanding that healing happens through relationship—with ourselves, each other, and the more-than-human world. I believe in creating spaces where authentic connection can flourish and where the wisdom of the body can guide us toward wholeness.

Drawing from both ancient wisdom traditions and contemporary somatic practices, I support individuals and groups in accessing their innate capacity for healing and growth. My approach emphasizes:

  • Trauma-informed care that honors each person's unique journey

  • Body-based practices that cultivate presence and embodied awareness

  • Relational work that fosters genuine connection and community

  • Integration of ecological awareness and natural law principles

Vision

I am committed to co-creating a world of connected community celebration through teamwork, healing, and conscious evolution. My work supports the emergence of life-affirming cultures rooted in deep relationship with place and each other.

Through individual sessions, group facilitation, and community building, I aim to contribute to the healing of our collective trauma and the cultivation of more resilient, heart-centered ways of being.
